1.    X: What`s the matter with you?

     Y: I think I have a cold, I`ve got a fever and I also have a headache.

     X: How long has it lasted?

     Y: For two days

     X: Please open your mouth! OK, let me feel your pulse .That`s fine

     Y: Is it serious?

     X: Not quite. I think you caught a flue. You had better stay in the bed for two day and get plenty of water. I`ll give you prescription and you can get your medicine from pharmacy.

     Y: My head is very dizzy, and my stomach is not well

     X: What did you eat this morning?

     Y: I always breakfast like usual, and I have clean meal

     X: Well, take off your clothes and lie down on that bed

     Y: Yes, what am I suffering, doc?

     X: It`s nothing serious, you should get outdoor and get plenty of exercise 

     Y: What should I do doc?
