Ingredients :

150 gr sugar
·
2 Pandan leaves
·
50 mil water
·
400 gr ripe avocado, cut into 1 cm cubes
·
400 Gr ripe jackfruits, deseeded and cut
into 1 cm cubes

3 young coconut, meat scraped out
·
Crushed ice
·
Condensed milk
Steps:
1. Combine
sugar ,Panan leaves and water in small saucepan
2. Heat
for few minutes until sugar dissolves
3. Cool
syrup
4. Place
generous spoonfuls of cubed avocado, jack fruits and young coconut into a
serving bowl
5. And a
little syrup to sweeten

with crushed ice and drizzle of condensed milk
